Upsizing & Downsizing a Subscription

Overview

This document outlines the process for adjusting the quantity of your subscription. It includes step-by-step instructions for upsizing (increasing the quantity) to meet growing needs and downsizing (decreasing the quantity) to align with reduced requirements.

1. Log in to the Control Panel.

2. Click the Account link in the navigation pane on the left.

4. Click the subscription name.

5. Click CHANGE.

6. Adjust the amounts of resources and click NEXT.

7. Select PLACE ORDER

Wait until the order is processed by your provider.
