Overview
This document outlines the process for adjusting the quantity of your subscription. It includes step-by-step instructions for upsizing (increasing the quantity) to meet growing needs and downsizing (decreasing the quantity) to align with reduced requirements.
- Log in to the Control Panel.
- Click the Account link in the navigation pane on the left.
- Click Subscriptions
- Click the subscription name.
- Click CHANGE.
- Adjust the amounts of resources and click NEXT.
- Select PLACE ORDER
Wait until the order is processed by your provider.
