If you need a SQL Company Database in your Cloud environment backed up, refreshed, or restored, please let us know:
1. What is the name of the database you need backed up, restored, or refreshed ? Be precise as possible, such as specifying "Contoso Production Inc. restored into Contoso 2022 Test Company"" rather than "our main/test company" to help eliminate any confusion.
2. Database backups usually happen at 10 PM each night. If you need a copy of the database restored or provided, please specify "Backup from Tuesday night" to ensure we are providing the correct backup.
3. If you need a more immediate backup or refresh, we are also to do one-off backups at the time of your request.
4. Please indicate how long you need any extra backups stored on the server.
