1. Ask colleagues if they are able to connect, or if the issue is just with your PC. If nobody is able to connect, submit a support ticket to the Velosio Cloud team stating that, and we will investigate

 

2. Restart your PC, then check to make sure you are connected to the same internet connection and VPN that is known to work

 

3. Check your login error messages and for any emails from Notifications@StratosCloud.net to see if your password is expired. If it is expired, you can reset it using the instructions in the email.

  1. Bookmark and Click this link to open the Password Reset site in your web browser Password Reset Server (stratoscloud.net)
  2. Enter your email address and the site will send you a PIN code. 
  3. Enter the PIN code you’ll receive into the PRS site and choose a new Cloud password

 

4. When submitting a ticket, always include time time the issue started, a brief description of what causes the error, and a screenshot of any error message
