Here is our process to add new Cloud users to your environment.
 
1. Submit support a request to add a cloud Login, selecting the "Velosio Cloud" application category. The Cloud Support team will work with your Client Account Manager to
determine the number of available Cloud licenses available and advise if new license(s) need to be purchased

2. Provide the First & Last Name, Email Address, Direct phone number, and start date.
Ex: John Anderson, JAnderson@ABC.com, 555-897-5465, Jan 1 2020

3. If you are currently leveraging MFA to access the cloud, also provide the end user cell phone, make. and
model.
Ex: 555-876-5454, Samsung Galaxy 11

4. Do you require assistance setting up new user within the Dynamics application? If Yes, please advise
which applications require setup assistance.
Ex: Yes, please setup new user to be like Jane Cook within Dynamics GP. No Management
