When processing Quick Send requests the emails are not being sent.  The PDF files are created. The Application Server Log (96.010.00) screen provides an error on the request:

Report not emailed due to an error: Retrieving the COM class factor for component with CLSID {######} failed due to the following error: ####### Class not registered

This error relates to a dropped connection between SL and Outlook.  Confirm that the add-in for Outlook is enabled and working.

 

--Browse out to the SL root folder and find the OutlookAddin folder within.  Run the add-in.  Is it prompting to remove or install?  If prompted to remove, remove and then reinstall. If already installed, no further action needed.

--Confirm the Outlook add-in is actually enabled in Outlook. 

--Restart both the instance of application server processing the requests and Outlook, trying different orders to start them in. 

--Have the machine hosting application server rebooted.  If you run application server at your machine then it would be your machine to try rebooting.  There could be pending windows updates causing issues with SL/Outlook communication.

Once you’ve attempted the above you can test resending the request.  Assuming your requests already indicate they are Complete, you would want to locate the requests that didn’t send in the Quick Send Inquiry window, select the request and then click Resend Requests at the bottom of the window.
