The Mekorma installer installs to the DEFAULT GP instance regardless of what is selected during the install or reinstall process.
The workaround is to go to RegEdit for viewing. You will not update the Registry.
1. At Registry Node: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Mekorma\], look for the Default node. Note the application path is the default instance of GP where Mekorma is installed.
e.g. Given that:
GP = is the default instance
GP$GP2 = is the next GP instance to follow
1) Navigate in Windows to the Dynamics GP root folder, and rename it. (For example from GP to GPTemp). This will allow the installer to recognize and install to the second instance as follows.
2) Navigate in Windows to the Dynamics GP$GP2 root folder, and rename it from GP$GP2 to "GP". Note: The installer will read the application path to find ...\GP.
3) Run the installer for the "GP" found in the installer list of GP instances to the finish.
4) Rename the GP folder to GP$GP2
