Problem: Rounding is incorrect for backup withholding in AP. As an example, a backup withholding amount of 23.025 is rounded to 23.02 if the voucher is selected for payment in the Payment Selection (03.500.00) screen, but rounded correctly to 23.03 if the voucher is selected for payment in the Edit/Select Documents for Payment (03.050.00) screen.
Cause: Bug 40891.
Resolution: Select the vouchers for payment in the Edit/Select Documents for Payment (03.050.00) screen. Even if selected in the Payment Selection (03.500.00) screen, the ½ cent rounding error is immaterial. The backup withholding will be reported correctly.
