An SL user may exist in SQL Server Management Studio that is no longer being used (usually after an upgrade).

1. Run the SL Database Maintenance Sync Security update. If that doesn't work go to step 2
2. Within SL Database Maintenance toggle the SL authentication from Windows Authentication to SQL Authentication and then back to Windows Authentication again.
3. Identify/delete the SL user that is no longer being used in SQL Server Management Studio (FIRST from under the SL databases | Security, then from SQL Security |Logins entirely.  Then go back and do step 2 again.
