If you are having issues with disconnections, Below is information required to help investigate the issue. Please have these answers: 

• Do you experience complete disconnect or drops out for a minute and then comes back?
• If complete disconnect, are you able to sign right back in?
• Are you the only person experiencing issues or is all or specific users also experiencing the same issues?
• If multiple users does it happen to all at the same time or sporadic times for different users?
• Any error messages you receive? 
• Do you experience issues while doing a specific task? (eg. voiding a checking, printing a report)
