To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

Have all users log out of Microsoft Dynamics GP or log out of Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains.

Start Microsoft SQL Query Analyzer.

Select the TempDB database. Then, run the following statements.
DELETE DEX_LOCK DELETE DEX_SESSION -
Select the DYNAMICS database. Then, run the following statement to delete any stuck users.
