Issue
You try to make a attachment in any Dynamics SL screen and receive the follow message:
System Message 9876
An error has occurred while calling a Web Service.
Cause
The URL entered in the Attachments Configuration screen points to a subfolder in the SharePoint Document library.
Resolution
Change the URL to point to the document library. Attachments made into subfolders in the Document library are not supported.
