System Message 10232 when closing SL

Problem:  User receives a System Message 10232 : Assertion Failure!    File: Parinter.cpp error message box when SL is closed.

Solution:  Applying one or both of the below solutions should resolve this issus. 

1. Check the Domain and Company tables of the System DB and remove duplicates if they exist. 
2. Run the Synchronize All Database Ownership & Security  process from Database Maintenance.
