A client had several items that would not save any changes that were made on the item card. They would revert back to what was there previous. We found this is caused by the items not having a Purchase Tax Option defined. It should be a value on 1, 2 or 3 in SQL and they were 0. After defining a Purchase Tax Option changes would save.
