Consider the following scenario in Management Reporter.
You create a new company database in Dynamics SL. The new company is included in the Management Reporter integration.
In the Management Reporter Report Designer, you try to run a new report after selecting the new company's ID and receive one or both of the following error messages:
-The operation could not be completed due to a problem in the data provider framework
-The periods and dates couldn't be retrieved from The Source system. Verify the source system connection is valid.
To run a report in a new company you must first post transactions to the new company in Dynamics SL.
