If you are using Employee Email Suite from Integrity Data you may encounter a situation in which your e-mails did not get sent.

  1. Check the file location where the PDF’s are created and confirm if they are all there  - if only part of them are there likely there were no emails sent and you can clear this folder and run the process again.
  2. Check the users outgoing mailbox to see if any of the emails were sent  - if no email were sent then clear the folder in #1 and rerun the process from GP
  3. If you rerun the process and get error messages they will likely be on the work tables – those can be cleared also and the process can be rerun.


As long as payroll was posted you can always rerun the process.
