Users are receiving this error when opening GP
Employees allowed has been exceeded for Negative Pay
This is because the number of employees within GP has exceeded the bucket the customer is paying for with the Integrity data addon to GP.
The resolution is the following:
The count will be taken from the total that shows on the Help about GP window - if you feel this is incorrect please take the following into account:
1.Test and historical companies should have the <TEST> and <HISTORICAL> indicators at the end of the company name - this will exclude them from the count
2.The count only includes active employees - so if there are employees that are no longer active and still show active make them inactive.
