If you are using FRx and the GL Closing process hangs, there are two scripts that need to be ran to disable the triggers on the SL application database(s) and another to re-enable the triggers. The GL Closing would be run in between each of the two scripts. It is recommended that all users exit SL and backups of the SL databases be made prior to running the scripts. Contact support for the scripts.
