First, confirm that there is posted data in Dynamics SL that is not being included on the MR report.  

  • Review the formatting of the MR report to confirm that the account/sub in question is included on the report and not excluded via filters in the reporting tree definition, column definition or row definition.
  • Confirm that the MR report is being ran for the period that has the balance(s) in it within SL.  
  • Confirm that the MR report is pulling from the proper SL ledger ID.  

If all potential report formatting issues have been eliminated, review the MR Configuration Console at the MR server for errors. If errors are found, resolve them and then proceed with removing/reconfiguration the MR data mart integration.
