When you try to open any screen in Microsoft Dynamics SL that contains BSL customizations you receive the following error message: System Message 20227-Attempted to load a BSL customization but BSL components are not installed.
This problem occurs because the BSL components are no longer automatically installed by the SL client installation process.
Install the BSL components on each Dynamics SL client by running the BSLComponents.msi file that is located in the AdditionalComponentInstallers folder contained in the Dynamics SL 2015 or SL2018 RTM download package.
