SYMPTOMS
Following the installation of the 2010 Payroll Year End Update, [Not Found] appears instead of the “Financial” heading in the Fiscal Period Setup, Multicurrency Setup and the Security Setup window in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Certain reports also have [Not Found] as a heading.
CAUSE
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow the steps below:

1. Obtain the January 2011 Payroll Round 2 Tax Update for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0. For more information, visit one of the following Microsoft Web sites, depending on whether you are a partner or a customer.

2. Double-click the .MSP to install the tax update.

NOTE: If you have already installed the January 2011 Payroll Round 2 Tax Update, proceed to Step 3.

3. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add/Remove Programs.

4. Click Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 and then click Change.

5. Click Repair and follow the installation wizard will guide you through the next steps.

6. Once the installation wizard is complete, launch Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 Utilities.

7. Choose ‘Yes’ to include new code.

8. Once Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 Utilities is complete, the Additional Tasks window will appear.

9. Click Launch Microsoft Dynamics GP.

10. Repeat the above steps at each client workstation where Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 is installed.
