SYMPTOM
You try to run a report in Dynamics SL and receive the following error message:
SQL Server Message 10215
[Microsoft][Sql Native Client 11.0][SQL Server] Invalid Object name ‘vs_RptDefaultFormat’.
Additionally, you have deployed Web Apps.
CAUSE
This message will occur if you accidentally run the WebAppsX.XX_App scripts against your SL system database.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
Connect in the SL Database Maintenance screen and run the Execute Master Indexes, Views and Stored Procedures scenario against the appropriate SL databases.

Restore the SL databases from a backup.
