Cause: There may have been an error during the closing process or the process was aborted.
Resolution: Print the Trial Balance for the last period of the previous year. Note the ending balance for the account or accounts. In initialize mode, open the account history screen and enter the ending balance from the prior year as the beginning balance for the appropriate account/subaccount/ledgerid/fiscal year.
