Bulletproof error 10121 entering a February Bank Reconciliation in Cash Manager.

Cause: An invalid period ending date exists for the period, probably 2/29

Resolution:  In GL setup, correct the period ending date.  If there is a period ending date of 2/29 and this is not a leap year, change the date to 2/28.
