SUMMARY
User is trying to add to list in inventory drop down menu.
DETAILS
In customization mode user is attempting to add additional item to the list field for a drop-down menu. User receives an error message that it is not available.
RESOLUTION
While in customization mode select Insert object wizard – insert object window to add a new text box, select user1, Select the original field you’re wanting to add to, right click, Open property window, from the current list field copy over to the new field - field name, heading, original list field and add the new inventory items to the list field. On the original field update enabled to false, and visible to false. Place the newly added field on top of the original. Close window and select yes to changes. Reopen the window and f3 the updated field, updates should show.
