Resolution is to rename the *.G32 file (possibly *.LDB file) for the company receiving the error.
1. Confirm all users are out of FRx.
2. Navigate to the directory FRx is installed to on the application server. Typically this is ...SL\Applications\FRx67.
3. Navigate into the Sysdata directory there.
4. Within the Sysdata directory search for any *.G32 and possible *.LDB files that start with the name of the company you receive the error with in FRx.
5. If any are found to exist, rename them by adding '_old' after the .G32 (or .LDB) file extension, making it *.G32_old (or *.LDB_old).
