Use Tell Me / Search for General Ledger Entries
Verify the Filter area is showing if it is not click the filter (funnel) icon in the right corner. You should see the Views area if the filtering is on.
Create a filter. Click on the +Filter to select the field to filter on.
In the example it is filtered on a GL Account No. equal to 60700.
To Save the View.
Click the three dots next to the disc and pencil icon. (shown below)
Save As
Type in a Name for the View.
Now when you search for General Ledger Entries the view will be listed.
Bookmark the General Ledger Entries to the Role Center for easy use and the views will be listed.
