To add a field to an existing Customer, Vendor or Item Template -
Search on Configuration Template
In my example - I want add a field to an Item Template
Open up the template, select Manage in the Lines area – and then New
I added this line in my example…click on Field Name to get a lookup
There is also a field to make it Mandatory
I created a new item with that template and it Blocked it…
