Go to the Fixed Asset G/L Journal




Below is the line I entered for the sale/disposal of the Server which had a Book Value left of $4751.00.  I picked Disposal as my FA Posting Type.  In my example I sold this for $4900.00 so I am depositing this to the bank.

After posting - the fixed asset is marked as Disposed of and the Book Value is 0



This is the value posted to the Fixed Assets
