Steps to Suspend an order
Click on the link Subscriptions to the top left-hand side of the page
Find the license / subscription , hover over the Choose Tab, then click on the link SUSPEND
Steps to Upsize an Order
Find the license / subscription you wish to Upsize and hover over the Choose Tab, then click on the link UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION
Click on the Box under Qty
Click on the + button to upsize the subscription
Click on the box with the CHECK icon
Click on the button YES to confirm the upsize
YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE UPSIZE AND CONFIRM THE PROVISIONING, OF THE NEW UPSIZED ORDER
Go to My Invoices, find the new invoice for the upsize and click pay to check out and pay for the order.
Steps to Downsize an order
Find the license / subscription you wish to Downsize and hover over the Choose Tab, then click on the link UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION
Click on the Box under Qty
Click on the - button to downsize the subscription
Click on the box with the CHECK icon
Click on the button YES to confirm the downsize
