Sign into your account, once signed in click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
On the left hand side of this page, click on the Microsoft Customer Agreement (CSP) link.
Click on the input field and enter the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. The Microsoft ID will auto-fill, once complete click submit.
