Please follow each step in the order listed below. 


1. Once signed in, click on the gear icon at the top right hand side of the page. 
 



2. At the bottom left hand side of this page, click on the Microsoft Customer Agreement (CSP) link. 
 



3. Click on the input field and enter in First Name.
 



 

4. Click on the input field and enter in Last Name.
 



 

5. Click on the input field and enter in the Email Address.
 


 

6. Your company's Microsoft ID will auto-fill here: 
 


 

7. Click on the input field and enter in the Phone Number
 


 

8. Click on the Submit button. Please wait for the system to refresh and a completion confirmation to appear on the page.
