Doing a lookup in the Draft Number field of the Flexible Billings Invoice Print (BI.INV.00) screen causes the screen to crash.
There could be something corrupt in the PVREC table and causing the error. To eliminate this as a potential cause reimport the SL PVRECs via the Possible Value Import screen.
NOTE: If there are any custom PV’s or add-on product PV’s they may need to be reimported. SL users should exit the system while this is performed. As a precaution, confirm recent backups of the SL databases exist before proceeding.
