Quick Send requests are stuck at 'Waiting in Queue' and never picked up by application server to be processed.
Setup for Quick Send and Application Server is complete and accurate.
It was determined that there were old application server requests that were showing in APPSRVREQUEST with a status of 3 (Completed) but in ASRDATABSE with a status of 0 (Waiting in Queue). Once these requests were deleted it allowed the quick send requests to process through Application Server without issue.
