Symptom:
Application Server screens crash when launched.
Cause
Something is not right with the SYSADMIN account / password
Resolution
Use Database Maintenance to "Reset Sysadmin User", specifying a new password if/as needed

This can happen when the SYSADMIN PW is manually blanked out in SystemDB.Userrec table.
