Smartlist Builder gives a user the ability to modify a default Smartlist. I advise against this. We have had several cases lately where Smartlist data was showing duplicates, repeating or missing data. To see if its caused by a user modifying it in Smartlist Builder go to the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, Tools, Customize, Customization Status. Then disable Smartlist Builder. Close the Smartlist window and reopen it. If you see two of the same default Smartlists it means it was modified. One should work, typically the bottom one, and one will be corrupt. Verify that there aren't any favorites on the bad one that don't exist on the good one. Enable Smartlist Builder, close and reopen the Smartlist window. Highlight the default Smartlist causing the issue, click modify and delete. This will delete the modified version of the Smartlist, leaving the original. Close and reopen the Smartlist window again. This will revert it back to the correct format. If a user wants changes create a new Smartlist using the default as the base. Don't modify the default one itself.
