SYMPTOM
You try to run reports in Dynamics SL and you receive the following error message: System Message 7011- Insufficient database Information
CAUSE
There are records stuck in the SL system database
RESOLUTION
After making sure no user is attempting to print any report, run this against the SL system database in SQL Management Studio:
Delete from rptruntime
