There are the two Management Reporter services:
Application Service- This service controls access to Management Reporter data and provides connectivity to client computers.
Process Service-This service generates reports and runs report schedules that are created by the Management Reporter client components. It also runs the data mart integration for Microsoft Dynamics SL.
