Cards - Inventory - Item (put in the item number) - Options
Make sure the maintain history box is checked.
If that is not checked then the history of this item has not been tracked with GP. You can check the box now and it will track inventory transactions
going forward.
If you have some default class ID's for inventory setup make sure the Maintain History box is checked on those.
