Edit in Excel example to remove blank records

Edit in Excel can be used to update or remove data

I have some blank Contacts in my system

If I filtered the list, it did not bring them over when I did Edit in Excel, so I just selected the Edit in Excel for all lines to go over.  Edit in Excel is under the Page option
 
I filtered for Blanks

Then I deleted the blank lines only
 
I removed the filter so I can see the regular lines
 
Then I select to Publish in the right hand bottom corner of Edit in Excel

I got this message – read it carefully this is the values I were expecting

Mine had errors – and you can Open Error Message Center…

The issue was the two at the top…it deleted the three others.  The two were related to a Bank and Customer so if I changed the values it would have.
