Physical Inventory with Lot No.
Once the Physical Inventory Journal has been calculated and you are ready to enter in the actual counts.
Enter in the Quantity counted.
In the example there is only 9 1896-S where the location code is blank.
While that line is selected Click Line, Item Tracking Lines to assign the Lot no. Click on the ellipse in Lot No. and select the Lot.
Enter in the quantity to be decrease the Lot.
Post the Journal. The Lot No. adjusted by 1 after Journal post.
