Issue: Unable to print POs that have been approved because lines are not Encumbered.
 
Troubleshooting:  In situations where Workflow is set up and Encumbrance is involved, we have found that when the workflow is Approved, the lines are moving to a Pre-Encumbered status after already being Encumbered.  This was identified in versions 18.2 and 18.3 so far, and is currently under review by Development.
 
This issue keeps the PO from being Printed, as the lines are no longer Encumbered.
 
Fortunately using the Mass Encumbrance window to advance the PO back to an Encumbered Status as a work around does not have any negative effects on the budget that I can find so the budget will stay in balance, but it does require an extra step for the users until this issue can be corrected.
